This page describes what happens to the information you give us when you request a quote from Detailing USA Pro.
Information we collect
When you request a quote through this site, we collect what you enter in the quote form: your name, phone number, email address, vehicle (year, make, and model), the service you are interested in, your preferred date if you give one, the location where the vehicle is, and any notes you add. We use this only to prepare a quote and to contact you about your request.
How your request is sent
The quote form sends your request to this site’s own server, which relays it to us by email through a third-party form-delivery service, FormSubmit. FormSubmit is only used to deliver that one message to us; it does not track visitors or appear anywhere else on this site.
Booking through HouseCall Pro
“Book Now” and similar buttons on this site link out to HouseCall Pro, a third-party scheduling service. Anything you enter on HouseCall Pro’s site is governed by HouseCall Pro’s own privacy practices, not this one.
What this site does not do
This site has no user accounts and no comment section, does not accept file or image uploads from visitors, does not process payments online (payment is collected in person — Cash, Credit card, Cash App), and does not run advertising or analytics trackers.
How long we keep your information
Quote requests arrive in our email inbox and are kept as long as we need them to respond to you and for ordinary business recordkeeping. You can ask us to delete the information you have submitted at any time by contacting us below.
