Terms of Service
These terms apply to detailing services booked with Detailing USA Pro. By requesting a quote, scheduling an appointment, or having us detail your vehicle, you agree to the terms below.
Appointments
Detailing services are performed by appointment only. We confirm a date, time, and service location with you in advance, and a technician arrives at that time to complete the work.
Quotes and pricing
Prices shared by phone, email, or on this site are estimates. Your final price is confirmed once we inspect your vehicle in person and can see its size, condition, and the amount of work involved.
Vehicle access, water, and power
You are responsible for providing access to the vehicle at the scheduled time and location, and for making a water source and a power outlet available at that location. If the vehicle, water, or power is not accessible, we may need to reschedule the appointment.
Cancellations and rescheduling
We ask for as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If your vehicle is not ready or accessible at the scheduled time, we may need to reschedule to another day.
Vehicle condition and liability
We inspect each vehicle before beginning work. Detailing USA Pro is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or mechanical issues present on your vehicle before our arrival. If you have a concern about your vehicle after a service, please contact us and we will look into it.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept Cash, Credit card, Cash App.
